As we seek to expand our services, we are exploring the potential to become a trusted supplier in the aged care sector in Queensland. We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Aged Care Market Research Analyst to guide us in this exciting new venture.
**Role Overview:**
As the Aged Care Market Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the feasibility of First Call Home Services entering the aged care market. This position involves thorough research, analysis, and strategic recommendations, building on our current successes to potentially include aged care facilities as key clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to understand the aged care industry and cleaning services landscape in our service region - being Ipswich and Toowoomba.
- Identify key opportunities and potential challenges for First Call Home Services in the aged care sector.
- Evaluate regulatory requirements and standards specific to becoming a supplier in aged care.
- Develop a competitive analysis, identifying potential competitors and strategic advantages.
- Assess the needs and expectations of aged care clients and service needs, and how our services can align with them.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with our existing services and explore new service offerings.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a track record in market research.
- Experience in or understanding of the aged care or healthcare sector in Australia is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyse data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

**Project Timing:**
